  4. Ironing: Iron as needed for a polished look.

Ensemble Coussin Seulement or Ensemble Coussin + Extension Longue, how do I choose?

We recommend using a pillow between your legs to help promote proper alignment of the hips and spine. This can help alleviate common pregnancy-related discomforts, including ligament strain and lower back or hip discomfort. If you don’t already have a long pillow for this purpose, we suggest opting for the "(Ensemble Coussin + Extension Longue)" included in the bundle.
